Technology and Innovation Commission: Digital Inclusion Report

I served for two years as an appointed commissioner on the City of Long Beach's Technology and Innovation Commission. We were tasked by the Mayor and City Council with producing a report on the status of Digital Inclusion in our communities and making recommendations for further improvements. To achieve this, we conducted numerous community and stakeholder round tables, designed and disseminated a survey, and compared our findings to best practices and innovative programs in other municipalities.
